In the 1980's, a woman by the name of Kate Harrison reported a strange incident that happened to her and her 2 children. She said that when she was about to fall asleep, small, grey children were appearing out of thin air. The authorities didn't think much and thought it was a case of schizophrenia, but after around just 6 reports, they decided to put her in a mental institution. When she was asked questions about "the grey children", she talked way more calmly and said that she did not see them for a while.

Little did the authorities know, hundreds and thousands of reports stated similar things to Kate's incident. There were even some that reported their children/relatives behaving differently. One even said that he saw his child 'mid-growth'. The man who reported the case, now known as Jaques Aaron, described it as the following:

Limbs growing at an approximate 5cm (~2 inches) per second. Eyes blackening and teeth shortening. Skin slowly warping into dark-ish grey. Nose slowly embedding into the skull. And last but not least, strange, cracking sounds while the "growth". He was fortunate to yell at his child, which turned himself back into his "regular self", and acted like he did not know what was going on. All data captured from a now lost video.

After the "Incident" of Jaques Aaron, the reports of similar cases ramped up by a solid 357.3%. After some archiving, they confirmed that Kate Harrison's incident happened on 1984, March 5th, and Jaques' occured on 1987 August 18th. By the time 1990, the new decade hit, over 700 cases similar of Jaques' incident happened, but the strange thing was that 91% of the reports were from the town of Rocksville, 8.4% from neighbouring towns, and a mere 0.6% from other places, but all happened in Kansas, USA. But on a fateful day of 1991, July 26th, the first ever death by the now named "Rocksville incident" has occured. The person in question was named Mary Aaron, wife of Jaques Aaron.

Jaques, now totally convinced that his house was haunted, moved to Colorado. After the unexpected death of Mary Aaron, over a dozen cases were sent of people passing in Rocksville, and one was even from a neighbouring town. But the authorities couldn't believe that under a decade, the cases went from 7-8 to over 30000, with 20-30 of them being deaths. So, to top off those 30k cases, the authorities said it was very likely schizophrenia, but they didn't say a word about the deaths. They were also uncertain that the EXACT day Jaques reported the case, the similar cases went up by 357.3%. But they couldn't be more wrong.

Many news sites that were popular at that time, such as 'www.northernnews.org' fought against the claim that the cases were schizophrenia, and a major point they had was that they did not say anything about the deaths. The worst part for the "Schizophrenia theory" supporters was that they tried to say that the deaths were either heart failure or heart attacks, but they were never-ever mentioned. Jaques, now in Colorado, helped to disprove the theory by gathering hundreds of footage and images from cameras, uploaded them into an e-library, paid 3000 dollars to create a section called 'Evidence against the schizophrenia theory', and imported them there, just to prove these theorists wrong.

"This is arguably the worst thing that has happened to the town in this decade, maybe ever." - Bill Bucker, the mayor
