"Spongebob Squarepants".

The show we all know and love.
I remember in the old days watching Spongebob as a kid and used to watch a ton of episodes. So back in 2018 when I was bored i decided to check out the attic and found a box full of Spongebob VHS tapes with one of them tittled "UNZIPPED". Starnge as i don't remember seeing this tape at all but i was still curious of what's it based on. It was dusty and bit scratched but still playable so i came back down, wiped it and put it in VHS player.
The Title Card
Once I put it in, it was loading for atleast half a second till the iconic intro song starts to play. The song was glitching and bugging a bit but still in perfect condition, however Spongebob's face was dissappearing and appearing in same time like it was distorting. After the song ended the title card read "UNZIPPED" with the bright red text. I was very exited for what this episode was all about and it started.
The episode began with the same intro from Spongebob's "Bummer Vacation" episode which I remember watching it and was made back in 2006, however the episode did seem to be really distorted. It cut to Mr. Krabs yelling both Spongebob and Squidward and tells them that Spongebob needs a vacation becouse if he dosen't he will have to pay a fine. Spongebob agrees to Mr. Krabs's offer and quickly goes home, but after the next day he goes back to the Krusty Krab.
Mr. Krabs reminds SpongeBob that he's on vacation, and also gets Patrick to be SpongeBob's replacement as a fry cook for the time being. The scene looked fine but Mr. Krabs had a serious tone to witch i never saw before and Spongebob looked very angry at both Mr. Krabs and Patrick.
After being kicked out from the Krusty Krab, Spongebob gets hungry and decide's to get in Krusty Krab as a customer. Once he got inside and told both Squidward and Mr. Krabs that he's a customer, Mr. Krabs didn't really mind that at all only if he caught's him working. Spongebob promises and goes to see Patrick to tell him about his launch break but he sees him cooking krabby patties, Spongebob gets angry and yelling at him about what he should do. It was weird as that wasn't from the original episode, he was originally worried and explained him more calmly then roughly.
Mr. Krabs then busts the kitchen door and then kicks him out of the Krusty Krab again. When he got home and wondering what to do, the episode was crashing and glitching in the same time and I was hitting the TV to make sure it won't bug or glitch. Spongebob starts playing with the Krusty Krab playset and again it seemed fine until he started mimicking Mr. Krabs. The voice was kinda deep that it didn't sounded like Spongebob nor Mr. Krabs and there was a line that wasn't in the original episode witch quoted "I'm gonna unzip your skin if you don't get your square kiester home". "Unzip your skin? That wasn't in the episode" I said in my mind, The mini Spongebob starts walking towards his toy house but one thing what I saw was that rather then Spongebob being sad, he had that same angry look from earlier.

Spongebob gets tired and decide's to get back to the Krusty Krab. The next scene showed Squidward cleaning the window until he saw Spongebob. He warns Mr. Krabs about this and he yells at him to step back to his home. After multiple attempts to relax and get back in, Mr. Krabs really got tired of him and decides to drive him to a forest only that the forest looked very detailed and realistic as if it was real.
Once Mr. Krabs dropped him off Spongebob thinks that Mr. Krabs wants to replace him with Patrick and plans to get rid of him.
However he was also talking about how he will unzip and tear Patrick's skin and that shocked my core, I don't remember that at all, I thought Spongebob was for kids and not about killing others. The scene shows Patrick singing and dancing on his way home and when he got inside, things got weird. He sees Spongebob sitting on the light but he dosen't talk, Patrick asks "Spongebob, is that you?", but he dosen't reply, Patrick asks "Spongebob?" until Spongebob yelled "I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU PATRICK!".
Patrick then starts screaming when Spongebob was approaching but suddenly there was a short scene of Spongebob turning completely black with realistic eyes and the backround turned green. That shocked me the most as I never saw that scene before. I mean this episode is very known for Spongebob's scary behaviour, but that short scene, was never in the episode. After that static appeared for few seconds until it cut back to normal. Mr. Krabs sees Patrick now improving his cooking and congratulates him only to realize it was Spongebob.
He had a menacing smile on his face and Krabs realises that Patrick coudn't cook patties in a hour tho he quickly got concerned for what happened to him till Spongebob replies that he told him to stay home and watch television. What i saw next made me scare for rest of my life, rather showing the actual scene, Patrick looked completely disfigured.
His skin was torn off completely, organs and blood were seen everywhere and he was drawn in very realistic style. I jumped out of the couch from what I just saw, "this was not the episode I remembered" I said, "Did Spongebob really could have done such a act? How could he?".

It cut back to normal again until for some reason the episode froze in place. It took about a minute and I was was hitting the TV again to make sure it doesn’t bug. It cut back but in the different turn. This time Spongebob was just, standing in a white void. The credit theme song can be heard quietly in the backround and he was staring at me and starts talking about "how he is tired of how he's treated, how both Patrick and Mr. Krabs deserved their fates".
I honestly didn't knew the meaning of this episode and I grabbed a bottle of water next to me. While he was talking, the credit theme song faded away and was replaced with some voices who were mimicing him. I instantly thought that he was in Nothing or Void from SB-129. Spongebob then blinks and his eyes changed like in that one scene. He's cartoony eyes are gone and were replaced with the realistic ones from earlier. Spongebob then says "UNZIP YOUR SKIN!". This word was repeating itself over and over and it was getting louder and deeper, the voices were also saying this word and Spongebob rather using his annoying laugh, he was laughing like a maniac.
The screen then started to zoom on Spongebob as he was laughting and staring. It started to glitch violently and I didn't want to see what will happen next. I tried to turn off the TV but nothing worked, then i unplugged it and I signed in relief when it worked. I was scared for what Spongebob could have done next and i did the right choice to stop him. I pulled the VHS tape from the VHS player and at first I wanted to smash it but I decided to keep it so that I can show it to the police. I went to bed after that and I couldn’t sleep. I dreamed of that Spongebob just standing next to my bed and saying "You won't feel anything". I woke up in middle of the night and had to take some pills to make me calm and relax.
On the next morning when I woke up I realized something. The tape was gone and searched it everywhere to find it, but it wasn't there. Then i looked to my phone to find the screenshots I took from the episode. Thankfully I found them and i called the police. When they arrived I told them that my VHS player was missing. They were searching all over the house for evidence but to my surprise they coudn't find one. I showed them the images i took and they sayed that there's nothing what they can do.
I was angry for this and apologized to the police for calling them just for nothing but I still want to know what happaned. At first I thought I was dreaming but that made no sense since I have screenshots, so someone must have had broke inside. But that makes no sense to me at all.
Was that the early plot of the episode? a hijack? or some sort of a joke?
To this day I still remember that Spongebob with relalistic eyes, watching me. And that word "Unzip" always scares me.
